Sort of a timeline of their relationship, (and maybe one extra character), losing each other, and finding each other again. This took too long so I might have rushed it in the end.

P.S. This isn’t a fanart channel but I couldn’t resist. Hoping to upload more spooky stuff for Halloween so don’t expect anymore cute characters until an indeterminate amount of time passes and I give in to my weaknesses.


Side Rant: Also some of you may be wondering, why are Simon’s eyes different colors? Well, mostly everyone in Adventure Time (main characters except Jake, humans, even PB and Marcy) have the same eye colors (little black beads) besides Simon, whose eyes stay white (in flashbacks of “Fionna and Cake” but not in the original “Adventure Time,” when we first see him in the video and the picture hanging on the wall with him and Betty) for some reason.
When Betty is in her Magic Man form, her eyes are white but they turn back to black when she’s in her normal form inside Golb, so I just made a headcannon that Simon has been under the influence of the Crown for so long that it’s changed him in some way (which is kind of confirmed in the comic story “Marcy and Simon,”), and this also includes his eyes (not confirmed anywhere) just because it makes more sense than him just having white eyes for no reason because like 90% of, “Adventure Time,” characters have black eyes, especially humans, and Simon was always human before so why are his eyes white???
