Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and Ulnar Neuropathy as presented @AmirOronMD
 The ulnar nerve is a nerve which supplies the fourth and fifth digits of the hand it also has to do with the function of the intrinsic muscles of the hand in which case it also has to do with your grip strength once you have cubital tunnel syndrome or all or nerve neuropathy you might have weakness in your hand once you have cubital tunnel syndrome or older neuropathy you might find that things fall from your hand you might have pain on the medial aspect of your elbow and the diagnosis is usually made by clinical assessment including a positive Tinel sign at the funny bone area in the medial aspect of the elbow or by assessing with EMG
One should remember ulnar nerve compression may cause weakness and pain as well as numbness and tingling in the fourth and fifth digits
