The Momo; A type of steamed dumpling with some form of filling. Simple yet flavorful. Whether it’s at an established chain of restaurants or your favorite street-side vendor, the Momo is by far one of Nagaland’s favorite bites to eat. But with countless locations offering Momo, who holds the crown for the best-tasting Momo? Well, we at KAKI decided to tackle the task of finding out “Where do you find the best MOMO in Dimapur" So, here’s what we did, we went to 5 well-known establishments around Dimapur ordered a ton of Momo, called a few friends, and decided to let them decide which ones they liked best. So, in order to make it a fair test, we decided not to reveal the location of where the Momo was made, made all 5 momos in the same order, and let the jury decide. Oh, and just for a treat, we went to another location to get an out-of-the-box Momo for our friends to see how they would react.
