Stage 8 was perhaps the fastest in the course of the rally, up until now. The riders had to accelerate through sandy dunes, narrow stony tracks, wet stretches and finally make their way out of a web of valleys and wadis. Both the heroes have rivetingly held their ranks in the Top 20 of the overall RallyGP Class.
Stage 9 will be a 490 km loop around Wadi Ad-Dawasir, featuring mountains and tracks around canyons.
