As per the latest news on Mirror Now, In #Bengaluru, roads were repaired for #PMModi's visit on June 20. However, after the visit, the roads started to wither in less than a week showing signs of erosion. 23 crore was spent on repairing the city's roads. The Centre has shorted a report from the state government on the matter and notices have been sent to 3 officials of Bengaluru's municipal corporation. Meanwhile, the corporation says the erosion of the newly build a road is due to rainfall in the city. PM Modi had taken the road to travel to the Dr. BR Ambedkar School of Economics (BASE) University to inaugurate the campus. Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, who is on a one-day visit to the national capital, has instructed the BBMP Commissioner to conduct an inquiry into the caving in of a road
