A framework for a new leadership and motivational model will be introduced with discussions related to understanding behavior based on recent developments in neuroscience imaging. Content will include why the “carrot and stick” method of leadership is out of date; how to motivate colleagues and customers; and why people do and say … the things they do and say. Time will be provided for discussion of real-life case studies.
