Not all adventures are fun. Sometimes life tosses a seemingly insurmountable obstacle in your way that threatens to derail your entire life as Alice the Adventure Cat witnessed firsthand.

For first time viewers, we are full time RVers that live in our small travel trailer while perpetually exploring the United States. My wife Jenni and I are not alone in our adventures. We are accompanied by our five pets - Sweetie, Butters, Alice, Min, and Tat.

Struggles certainly exist by having so many bodies stuffed inside a small RV that is always in a new and unfamiliar location. However, none have been as hard as our most recent. The life of Alice, our youngest cat, was threatened and nearly taken from us.

Veterinary care for pets while on the road in an RV can be tricky, but emergency situations are on a whole different level. The nearest veterinary hospital could be hours away, you don't have your usual trusted veterinarian caring for your critically ill pet, and worst of all you're all alone with no support system to help you through the emotional turmoil.
