As the first phase of the Gujarat Elections began today, Congress and AAP blame the BJP of poll fixing. 'We visited the Election Commission office and met the Election Commissioner of Gandhinagar. We raised our concerns over the multiple complaints that have come up today so far during the polls. Many EVMs were faulty ad it's taking hours to get them fixed.
