1 cup (240ml) warm milk
1 tablespoon (15ml) vinegar or lemon juice
½ cup (100g) light brown sugar
½ cup (120ml) oil (sunflower or canola, any flavorless oil)
¼ cup (60ml) honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
1½ cup (200g) refined flour/maida
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup (160g) mixed dried fruits
½ cup (70g) raisins
½ cup (70g) black currants
2 tablespoons tutti frutti
¼ cup (35g) almonds roughly chopped
¼ cup (35g) cashews roughly chopped
