This is complete assembly for Cement stabilized Base course of Highway. Recycler machine , cement spreader machine and water tankar are used in assembly for CTB.
This Recycler machine is used for scrapping, mixing cement depth greater than 75mm.
Modulus of CTB is 5000 MPA and a crack prevention layer of 100mm WMM is laid over CTB to prevent propagation of crack .
