Wheat and rice papad. Take 250gm wheat, 250gm rice wash it clean with water. Soak for 48 hours separately. The preparation gives distinctive smell. On 3rd day make paste of it using mixer. Strain using fine cloth separately. Mix the two liquids. Let it settle down for 24 hours. Semi solid white color material will settle down. Throw the liquid layer which is on top. Using this paste like material we are going to to make papad. Put some cumin seeds in this. Pore the material on steel plate for cooking on steam. Cook approx 40 seconds on top of steel plate papad outside and 60 seconds when the plate is revered and the papad is inside the steam. The papad are very delicate when wet use wet knife to remove it from steel plate. Dry the papad on clean white cloth. You can roast or fry the papad. Enjoy
