This is a fix for third generation Toyota Avalons (2005-2012) to make the telescoping steering wheel lever not fall on its own AND to tighten it so the wheel won’t telescope while the lever is in the locked position.
*Yes, I know, I skipped showing reassembly. It was five minutes of me fumbling around and even I didn’t want to watch that clip. Reassembly is opposite of disassembly.*
