Well Alton Towers Scarefest review is ace!!!
We were lucky enough to save some pennies off the gate entry prices (cheapest option even if purchasing online in advance) we had 1 half price entry with Carex and 1 free adult entry from a Kellogs cereal box. Both links for details on the vouchers are shown below along with the Alton towers website too 😁 Vouchers are brilliant at saving a few pennies.
We arrived at the theme park around 10:30am and didn't have to wait too long in line to purchase our entry tickets...
We purchased a refill coffee cup and shared it with each other which worked out very nicely as it helped aid keep us warmer and enjoy the day somewhat more knowing we wasn't breaking the bank to keep warm and hydrated...
The coffee refill cup costs £5 and thereafter £1 per refill so if you are going to have more than 3 cups in the day it is so worthwhile.. otherwise 1 disposable coffee is £2.70.
We spent most of our time watching the spectacular shows and participating on the rides in Cbeebies land and refills were easily obtained in this section.
Throughout the rest of the park they are very infrequent but once you know where they are you can navigate back there...
Cbeebies land was brilliant for our nearly 6 year old and there was so much to do for her age an height...
Chris loved the Battle Galleons in Mutiny Bay and I thought the Hex ride in the towers was top of my list, Yaasmin had a few favourites which were the Cloud Cuckoo cars driving school situated in cloud cuckoo land, and the Octonauts roller coaster adventure which was in Cbeebies land.
There were plenty of spooky dancers, employees and visitors around which made for a ghoul-arrific adventure...
This adventure gets a 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of a possible 5 and am sure we will return at some point with the older children..
