Very simple apple cake
mix the dough then add the apples, a little icing
about 30 minutes of baking for this excellent cake
written recipe;
Slice 2 apples a little more roughly
for the dough:
beat 2 eggs
add 120g of sugar
stir until foamy
add a little salt
60 ml of oil
100 ml of milk
mix 1 baking powder with 150g of flour
arrange the apples
Bake at 180°C for around 30 min.
for the filling: 80g butter,
100g of sugar,
1 vanilla sugar and a little cinnamon
Spread the filling on the hot cake
cook for another 10 minutes.
serve slightly cooled
the cake becomes a little tastier the next day
