Keto Roast Turkey and Gravy
This is a basic bird! You can doll it up, stuff it, use shallots instead of onions or throw in some white wine! I always simmer the neck, gizzards and heart in a quart of water. Add a rib of celery and an onion . Simmer for an hour or two and use that for your gravy! Or use Better Than Bouillon to make your stock. You do you! I often use a big roasting pan with a lid for my bird, but I've also used the sturdy, disposable ones from the grocery store too! Sometimes we get so stressed about Thanksgiving, we forget to enjoy and appreciate what we've got! So relax and give thanks, You got this!
