Local officials said that at least two policemen were killed as unidentified gunmen stormed the Chinese consulate in the Pakistani port city of Karachi on Friday. Meanwhile, local media reports said four attackers tried to enter the consulate and were stopped by security. One of the four was wearing a suicide bombing vest. The official added that the area had been cordoned off and security forces were conducting a clearing operation.
