There's a unique gimmick here where Daybit will "match" the number of Servants in the team you bring against him. Bring a full team of 6 Servants and be prepared for him to do the same.
It's better to bring a minimum of 3 Servants so you have an easier time here.

The downside?
You're forced to field both U-Olga and Mashu no matter what.
