Follow these steps and you will learn how it’s done:
1. Open Instagram app on your mobile phone and login to your Instagram profile.
2. Tap on the plus icon at the upper right corner.
3. Select “Post”.
4. Tap on the arrow icon at the upper right.
5. Here under “Add reminder” you should see an option to create fundraiser on top of this post. I don’t see such option as I am currently located in non-eligible country.
That’s how it’s done.
