We have a Special Guest with us in this 20 minute Full Body Partner Workout. Fitness By Vivi will be joining us in this fast-paced, fun and challenging routine! We will be working 45 Seconds On with a 15 Seconds Rest. Take extra breaks if you need to and try your best! Make sure to stretch & warm up before starting any exercise. Most important have fun!
