Today we are going to show you how to make Pappardelle with Mushrooms. This is a very quick and easy recipe. We normally like using variety of wild mushrooms but wasn’t able to find any so we went to the Asian Market and found the Brown Shimeji, King Oyster and oyster mushrooms. They turned out excellent both in taste and texture. Pasta is perfectly al dente and sauce is very creamy. The goat cheese adds some creamy, earthy and sharp taste to the palate. We like this dish on days where we want a simple pasta dish.
