A quick recipe
🧁To a pan add 1/4 cup paneer rose petals, 1/4 cup water and boil in low flame.
🧁Strain the rose water.
🧁Now to a bowl add 2 egg white and beat until you get stiff cloud like egg white.
🧁Now in a mixer add 1/4 cup almond and grind it to get almond flour.
🧁Now to a bowl add 2 tbsp butter( soft & not melted) ,1/2 cup sugar , 2 tbsp rose water and beat for few minutes.
🧁Now add the prepared almond flour, 1/4 cup Maida, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix well.
🧁Then gradually add the egg whites and mix using cut and fold method.
🧁Now add it to a mould and preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 min.
🧁Bake the cake at 180°C for 20 min and allow it to cool down.
For rose icing
🧁To a mixer add 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp corn flour and grind it. ( scrape the sides and grind for atleast 3-4 times until you get a fine powder)
🧁Now sieve it.
🧁Then add 2 tbsp rose water, 1/4 tbsp rose essence and mix it.
🧁Add it to the cupcakes and serve it with some chopped pista and fresh rose petals.
