As I mention in this video, this is purely for education purposes and have zero interest in being dragged into a feud/debate, hence why I've anonymised this person. There were an incredible amount of mis-truths in this video that I had to respond to. I know A LOT more about property than this person knows about Crypto...and it's not hard because he evidently knows nothing about Crypto!
Anywho, please remember that we are all in the Wealth Generation game and it's prudent to be in the asset class which is in its cycle. Right now, crypto is gobbling up everything, so it's dramatically unwise to ignore this sector.
And as a friend also added:

I have MANY property people in my Realistic Trader community who understand both asset classes deeply and the general consensus is that they can acquire far more property in the future if they reallocate their money and mind into Crypto now, and then re-diversify into more property in the future...
