Gokulashtami Tamil Devotional Songs is going to enhance the essence of the Krishna Janmashtami festival. Most of the time, Krishna Janmashtami is listed on two consecutive days. The first one is for Smarta Sampradaya and other one is for Vaishanava Sampradaya. Vaishanava Sampradaya date is the latter one. A single date for Janmashtami means that both Sampradaya would observe Janmashtami on the same date. Gokulashtami or Janmashtami is celebrated in countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Fiji, USA, Caribbean Islands, etc. For Nepal, one can imagine the obvious reasons as it has announced themselves a Hindu country. But for rest parts of the world, a lot of credit goes to International Society for Krishna Consciousness, popularly known as ISKCON.
