Mammoth Expeditions in Mammoth Lakes, California is now offering Fishing Tours! We have personally selected local guides who can and will put you on the fish. We had the pleasure of going out with Davey this week and were amazed at the level of service and knowledge he provided while fishing on Crowley Lake. We offer several fishing trips for beginners to the experienced angler.

Beginner trip:
The beginner trip consists of an hour of fly casting instruction at a park on the grass and four hours of fishing on a stream. It is a five hour course designed to bring a first time fly fisher to a proficient level of casting as well as hooking and playing a fish. We cover things like indicator fishing, dry fly fishing and also what fly to use and how to rig. All gear is included waders, boots, rod +reel and flies. Anyone over the age of 16 will need to purchase a fishing license separately. Water and Gatorade is provided.

Half day trips:
The half day product is a full five hours and can take place on Crowley or on a stream or river. This product is for first time Crowley anglers or any one who has fly fished before. All gear is included as well as water and Gatorade. Anyone over the age of 16 will need to purchase a fishing license separately.

Full day trips:
The full day trip is 8 hours and can take place on Crowley Lake or a stream or a combination of both. Full day trips include lunch, water and Gatorade. All gear is provided. Anyone over the age of 16 will need to purchase a fishing license.

All trips are catch and release fly fishing only.
