It was the longest year of Sharon Comb's life. Her 31-year-old daughter died unexpectedly. The doctor requested an autopsy. It took the state 14 months to complete.
“The doctor said, 'He did not understand how a 31-year-old woman could have a seizure and die,' I just kept asking, 'What do we do now, what do we do,'” Sharon said.
