The First Lite Kiln is a 250-weight merino wool hunting base layer. This mid weight base layer is 95% merino wool which is made of fine fibers that are soft and not itchy, warm without bulk, fast drying, thermally regulating, and odor controlling. This is one of the best hunting base layers I have ever used, it keeps me warm and dry in the early season, mid-season, and late season.
