This practice is suitable for all levels and is a great way to find balance and harmony in your body and mind. The flowing movements and deep stretches of this practice will help to release tension and promote relaxation, while also building strength and flexibility.
To begin, find a comfortable and spacious area where you can move freely. Make sure you have a yoga mat and any props you may need, such as blocks or a blanket.
We will start by centering ourselves and setting an intention for our practice. From there, we will move through a series of poses that flow seamlessly from one to the next,
In a smooth movement similar to gentle waves.
As we move through the practice I encourage you to let go of any distractions or tensions, and to simply be present in the moment moving as if you are moving in water. As you tap into the water element you will feel more connected to others, emotionally content, easier to "go with the flow" of life, and ignite your creativity, passion, and intuition.
