Coaching Supervision has a bad name in our opinion. Supervision brings up images of someone watching over your shoulder, correcting you when you make a mistake and telling you how to do something different or better. But what if I told you that supervision is none of those things.
It's about deepening your coaching expertise, extending your vision to be able to take a helicopter view of what's happening with in your relationship with your client and in your clients world.
