As a full-time options trader who specializes in day trading, I know how incredible being a trader can be. However, I also know some of the harsh realities that most traders are not familiar with. The main point of this video is the story of Jesse Livermore who is a well-known day trader and investor. He's famous for shoring the stock market and making over 100 million dollars because of his short position. However, not many people know what happened to Jesse Livermore after this trade. He ended up losing the vast majority of the money that he made in the stock market.

This brings us to one of our major points in this video, day trading is a means to an end, but it cannot be your end game. Full-time day traders, options traders, and swing traders live a volatile life that mirrors the volatility of the stock market. Generally speaking, that volatility is not good for a trader's mental health. We take a deep dive into having an exit plan, the social media facade, some truths about trading, and the story of Jesse Livermore.
