The glow plugs are the letdown of these heaters.
Any resistance higher than 1 ohm means a faulty glow plug and needs replacing
The resistance should be 0 ohms

See my other glow plug video for a trick quick fix that I learned from one of my comments below.
This particular heater was igniting sometimes and not others. And error code 03 would appear.
As it was trying to ignite I felt the glow plug rubber cap which was too hot to touch. But obviously not hot enough to ignite.
