With the deadline slowly approaching and Canada's long history of missing climate goals, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he will guarantee the country will meet its emissions targets by 2030.

Global's Eric Sorensen explains why Trudeau is confident it will happen and what could hinder progress.
