Hyper Bicycles has sold a Carbon Fiber Mountain Bike at Walmart since 2018. I turned the Carbon X 26 into Project X and love it! In 2020 Walmart released the Carbon X 29. I had mixed opinions on the 29er Carbon X, mostly due to the steep head tube angle they chose for that model. It's now 2023 and I've decided to make a few upgrades to that bike. In the process I discovered some features I didn't know it had....AND that there have been a few changes that make the bike even better!
