How to make basic tomato gravy
Tomato gravy is north Indian food basic gravy, made with ripe tomato, butter and cream, also call ( makhni gravy) as well. this tomato gravy we can make lots of dishes like butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, paneer butter masala paneer makhani as well or many more verities.

Tomato 5 kg
Cashew nut 500 gm
Bay leaf 5 - 6 piece
Green cardamom 8 -10
Mace 4 - 5
Whole red chilli 10 - 12
Oil 300 + 500 ml
Ginger Garlic paste 5 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilly powder 3 tablespoon
Dry Kashoori methi powder 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
