Mike 'Spike' Edwards had a day on the Silverstone GP circuit to record some onboard footage to produce the next in his series of 'how I ride' track guides.
Here's a sample of the footage - it takes a while to produce the finished guide, as Mike does a voice over, edit, pauses, slow mo, and adds zoom on the footage to help point out markers and describe how he laps the track.
So this is just a teaser - not a perfect lap as there is some traffic, at last Mike seems to be getting the hang of riding his new coaching bike 'Cato'.
