Kiwi fruit smoothie is very rich in vitamin C .It helps you to improve immunity. It is also very good for weight loss(Conditions apply)

Makes:2 servings
Ingredients :
2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
1 medium ripe banana, cut into pieces
2 Tablespoons of natural non fat yogurt
1 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1/2 glass water
Some cubes of ice
Directions: Add Chia seeds in water at least 15 minutes before making.
In a blender, combine the fruit, yogurt, honey and soaked Chia seeds if desired ; cover and process until combined. Add ice; cover and process until blended. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
