Ingredients:
Bread Slices 6
Ghee 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder 1/4 Cup
Sugar 5 tbsp
Milk 1+1/2 Cup
Green Cardamom 4
Almond 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Coconut 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add Ghee and preheat it and add Green Cardamom and slightly fry it and then add Bread Slices (cut it into small pieces) and stir it and fry it on medium to low flame until it become into light golden color.
Step 2: After that add Milk and stir it and add Sugar and stir it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that add Coconut and stir it and add Milk Powder and stir it on medium to low flame for 1 minute and then add Almond and stir it and turn off the flame and dish out it and sprinkle Pistachio and serve it. Your Bread Halwa is Ready.
