Four men including a Delhi government employee were arrested today for the murder of teenager Junaid Khan, who was stabbed to death on a train last week by a mob armed with knives. Another Delhi government employee, a food inspector, has also been identified as a suspect, but not yet arrested. One man, identified only as Ramesh, had been arrested by the Haryana police over the weekend.
