Water - 4 Tumblers
Peeled Dry ginger - 1 inch
Few black pepper
Cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
Powdered ginger-pepper - 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice – 1 spoon
Buttermilk:
Curd - 1 Tumbler
Water – 3 Tumblers
Ginger - 1/2 inch,Green chilli - ½
Salt -1/2 spoon
Asafoetida/hing - 1/4 spoon
Finely chopped Curry leaves
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
For tempering:
