Here's what you'll need for this recipe
Equipment
10-cup bundt pan or tube pan and roasting pan for water bath
For the custard or leche flan/creme caramel INGREDIENTS
Caramel
2/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
Flan
2 egg yolks
2 large whole eggs or 4 egg yolks
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
300 ml condensed milk
For the Vanilla Chiffon Cake INGREDIENTS

Wet Ingredients
• 3 large egg yolks at room temperature
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp homemade pure vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
• 107 g cake flour 3/4 cup sifted
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
Meringue Ingredients:
• 3 large egg whites at room temperature
• 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
For cake water bath
1.5 litre hot water
