Hey, I want to give you a good example of synchronizing information flow with decision points.
This is what we call blue work. It’s thinking. This is a very simple decision point. I’m in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. And I've got to go down one of these two tunnels. It’s a train station.
So track one is this way. Two is this way. And what they've done is they provide the information on what's leaving on what track right here, right here at the decision point. I love it.
Provide information at the decision point to enable the blue work. Blue work only matters at decision points. Once I make a turn, all I'm doing is walking. That’s red work.
