In the fifth video in a series of 8 Quick Tips, it is time to explore this unique movement, the Half Kneeling Windmill. When you get up off the floor and begin to ascent into the standing position, this movement is critical as it takes a lot of core strength and stability. Many of our exercises do not address lateral spinal flexion which makes this movement difficult if you have not been exposed to it. Check out the video and learn how.
