Palak Chutney
Palak or Spinach is one of the healthy green which can be included in your daily meal.There are wide varieties of spinach recipes. In this video we have shown the simple and tasty palak chutney that goes perfect with Ragi mudde ,Steamed rice ,Dosa or Idli. Do try let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients:
SPINACH (Chopped) - 200 gms
OIL - 2 tbsp
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 tsp
CHANA DAL - ½ tbsp
URAD DAL - ½ tbsp
GARLIC CLOVE - 2 Number
GINGER - ½ inch
GREEN CHILLI - 2 Number
ONION (Medium Size) - 1 Number
TOMATO (Medium Size) - 1 Number
SALT - 1 tsp or As per taste
Ingredients for Tempering:
OIL - 1 tbsp
MUSTARD SEEDS - ½ tsp
DRIED RED CHILLI - 1 Number
HING / ASAFOETIDA - Pinch
WATER - ¼ cup
