Combining video renderings of the proposed neoclassical-futuristic dwellings with breathtaking drone and camera footage of Bacalar’s lush landscapes, the video captures the essence of NewEarth Laguna—an innovative space that honors both nature and sustainable living.
NewEarth Laguna’s masterplan, inspired by fractal growth patterns, envisions 100 unique residences across three housing types, seamlessly integrated within the natural environment. At its heart, the project weaves together office spaces and a holistic medical spa with leading-edge health and wellness facilities, alongside a syntropic agroforestry permaculture farm dedicated to regenerative practices. The development is committed to preserving the vibrant ecosystem, from safeguarding the local wildlife to protecting ancient stromatolites along the Laguna’s front.
Beyond visual storytelling, Inphinity Design contributed to every layer of NewEarth Laguna’s inception—from branding and market research to schematic designs, investor pitch decks, and on-site visits with drone captures for precise topological mapping.
