Ingredients
Buttermilk-1L
OR
Curd-1kg
Salt-
Water -1cup
For Grinding
Coconut grated -3/4cup
Garlic-2
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves-3
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Seasoning
Oil-2tbsp
Dry red chilli-3
Ginger chopped-1/2tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Fenugreek seeds-2pinch
Curry leaves -1 spring
Chilli powder-one pinch
Fengreek powder-1 pinch
Method
Grind everything together to a fine paste..
In a blender add curd and grind to buttermilk ..
In a kadai add ground coconut mix along with 1/2 glass of water ..
Allow to boil this mix for 5 minutes ..
Then to that add butter milk and add salt ..
No need to boil,just heat for a few minute ..
Then add seasoning and close the kadai for 5 minutes ..
Check the salt and adjust
So the yummy simple pulisseri is ready to serve
