Do's
✅ Swing your leg around the front of the ball
✅ Keep your knees slightly bent with a bounce to your step
✅ Shift/lean your body to fake out the opponent
Dont's
❌ Don't step over the top of the ball
❌ Don't keep your body too upright and stiff
❌ Don't forget to lean/shift your body after stepping around the ball
