Gourmet Race! This song has been covered by every VGM artist at some point and even I covered it in the very early days of the channel 10 years ago. This track never gets old though and I've been in the mood for some good old nostalgia inducing SNES music since the DKC2 video so... here we are again.

Back when Kirby and the Forgotten Land came out, I covered Roar of Dedede from that game in which I replicated the battle shouts that you hear in the original track. I thought it would be a neat idea to try and turn Gourmet Race into a bit of a boss theme so I went and brought over the shouts I had previously recorded for the Dedede cover and synchronized them to the new tempo. Added cathedral organ, tubular bells, and choir on top and I think it turned out pretty different from the other covers of the song! Let me know what you think though!
