I mispronounce the name in the video, it is forum boarium, originally bovarium, being a livestock meat market from the days of the Republic. Today the arch is called by Italians the Arco di Giano, or arch of John, though he probably never went there. I don't know the name of the basilica that is attached to the porch of the money changers. Across from this is an ancient entrance to the Cloaca Maxima, Rome's original sewer system.
