So, here's the vid I promised in my LineageOS 17.1 overview on the Oneplus One. Some quick notes before you do this yourself. If you're doing this from the stock OS, once you finish installing the recovery image in fastboot mode, while you're in recovery mode you'll have to format the system and cache partition using the factory reset option in the recovery menu. Other than that, and cutting out lots of empty time where I was just waiting for things to be done, this is a pretty complete guide to the process. If you're having any issues with your computer seeing your phone while it's plugged in and in fastboot mode with the "fastboot devices" command, then you might need to download more up to date drivers for your phone. That tip doesn't just apply to this phone in particular, but it applies to any phone you're doing a ROM flash on. All in all, after almost two months of not having done this, it took under 15 minutes, and should take you about the same amount of time as long as you pay attention and know what you're doing.
