Security agents have arrested owners of company that promised to gets Ugandan jobs in Somalia.
The owners of the firm known as “Hamzfa” are said to have extorted money from scores of Ugandans.
They reportedly claimed the company belonged to the Chief of Defence Forces General Katumba Wamala.
