Heat oil and drop some Ginger slices
Then stir fry Pork Rib Cutlets until turning brown
Add a bottle of BEER to the pork
Add Salt, Soy sauce, Oyster oil, Pepper,
Stir fry it for 2 minutes
Cover it with low heat for 5-8 minutes untill beer absorbed
Add chopped Chilli and garlic
Add your favourite veges or seasoning
2 minutes stir fry and that's it!
